WhaleWave is operated by Santiago Toledo Monaca in Argentina. By creating an account or using WhaleWave, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Financial Disclaimer.

WhaleWave organizes public filing information and creates factual research views, comparisons and activity summaries. It is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, custodian or execution service.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and activity performed through your account. Access, limits and beta features may change as the product evolves.

Premium access provided during the beta does not guarantee future availability, pricing or continued access to any feature. Paid subscriptions are not currently being charged unless WhaleWave expressly states otherwise during checkout.

The campaign is limited to 300 qualified founder accounts. Provisional signup positions do not guarantee a reward. Qualification requires the conditions displayed during registration and is subject to review, one reward per person, legitimate use and availability.

Ranks 1-50 that qualify receive Premium for 12 months. Ranks 51-300 that qualify may receive 50% off Premium for 12 months once paid subscriptions are available. Rewards are personal, non-transferable, non-combinable and may be rejected or revoked for duplicate accounts, manipulation, abuse or material breach of these terms.

You may not bypass plan limits or security controls, overload or scrape the service at unreasonable volume, resell protected datasets, interfere with other users, upload malicious content or use WhaleWave unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service or enforce these terms.

SEC filings and other public-source information remain attributable to their respective sources. WhaleWave's software, organization, interface, derived views and branding belong to WhaleWave or their applicable owners.

Third-party links are provided for verification and convenience. WhaleWave does not control those services or their availability.

The service is provided on an as-available beta basis. Features may contain errors, be delayed, change or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, WhaleWave makes no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

You remain responsible for your research and decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WhaleWave is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on the service, market activity, third-party data or unavailable features.
